Help from the staff at desk very good, after booking prolem led to two rooms being booked. Sorted out quickly by Justin. We had a 2 bedroom apartment style room, and it suited all our needs (my son and wife and her two sisters). Son stayed in our bed, so didnt require anything additional and no charge for extra person as we didn't use any extra facilities. On the outskirts of town, but a very quick trip in. Could easily walk if wanted to.

The room was clean and well equipped. Pool, playground, free DVD’s and mini golf onsite. Even though it was fully booked, it was very quiet. Ample parking in good sized bays. The self catering room was a pleasant surprise, well stocked with everything you needed to prepare your own food (not quite a campers kitchen but very close). To top it off the on-site restaurant provided excellent service and wonderful food at reasonable prices.

The staff are very friendly helpful and accommodating. We were treated to a full buffet breakfast (5 of us) simply because our room was not ready on time. The location is very accessible to everything. Very close to the beaches and the Rivermouth. The room is clean, lots of extra towels (for the pool), fully equipped kitchenette and generous complimentary drinks in the bar. It's wa a lovely experience for us.

Cleanliness and comfortable beds with clean beddings The heater in the room was great Bathroom was perfect with the soap provided Expectations met Kids room with twin bed was perfect my girls loved itespecially after a busy day not sharing a baed is awesome
