Didn't try the breakfast or dinner. Next Time . The hot water was excellent. So immediate instant hot water for bath. Not freezing waiting for it to heat it. So happy. Netflix reception was good. The change in our towels and toiletries was a very good service. We were told no room cleaning when checked in. Hence surprised when they were changed and replenished. Jodi Long was very hospitable. Unfortunately we missed the set up of your cafe by a few days.

Clean, comfortable, great location and excellent facilities. We've stayed at this location a few years ago and it was ok, if not a bit pricey. This time it was well under budget and great value for money! The rooms have had an obvious upgrade and we couldn't fault the staff.

The room was clean and well equipped. Pool, playground, free DVD’s and mini golf onsite. Even though it was fully booked, it was very quiet. Ample parking in good sized bays. The self catering room was a pleasant surprise, well stocked with everything you needed to prepare your own food (not quite a campers kitchen but very close). To top it off the on-site restaurant provided excellent service and wonderful food at reasonable prices.

The hotel staffs are very helpful!!! I have a story to share. Actually my husband & I left our passport in the hotel room upon my check-out. We only realized it when we were back to Perth city. Gosh, it was a 3 hours drive from Perth city to Margaret River. The hotel staffs helped us so much in locating our passports, co-operating with our arranged courier partner and to ensure our passports to be delivered back to my Perth's hotel. Love you guys.

Perfect location 5 minutes drive to town and pubs. Lovely at the end of the day of swimming at the beautiful beaches and sightseeing to have a dip in the pool nice hot shower cup of tea and a very comfortable bed with crisp white sheets 😊The restaurant and bar on sight was perfect for a delicious steak and a glass of red 🍷

The staff provided excellent service, accommodating our request for early access to our room due to a scheduled tour and the need to refrigerate certain items.

The location of Stay Margaret River is excellent to access everything in the area, including the town itself. The room was great and the friendly staff were excellent.

Good value for money as we only were there to stay while we did day vacations and the staff all of then were so friendly it just made it all so easy no stress no hassle would go back again for sure and good location 2 minutes from Busselton centre
