Didn't try the breakfast or dinner. Next Time . The hot water was excellent. So immediate instant hot water for bath. Not freezing waiting for it to heat it. So happy. Netflix reception was good. The change in our towels and toiletries was a very good service. We were told no room cleaning when checked in. Hence surprised when they were changed and replenished. Jodi Long was very hospitable. Unfortunately we missed the set up of your cafe by a few days.

The room was clean and well equipped. Pool, playground, free DVD’s and mini golf onsite. Even though it was fully booked, it was very quiet. Ample parking in good sized bays. The self catering room was a pleasant surprise, well stocked with everything you needed to prepare your own food (not quite a campers kitchen but very close). To top it off the on-site restaurant provided excellent service and wonderful food at reasonable prices.

This accommodation catered for our needs with great location, extremely friendly and helpful staff and excellent breakfasts and dinner menu with value for money costs. Coffee and atmosphere was excellent and checking in and out was made easy and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The hotel staffs are very helpful!!! I have a story to share. Actually my husband & I left our passport in the hotel room upon my check-out. We only realized it when we were back to Perth city. Gosh, it was a 3 hours drive from Perth city to Margaret River. The hotel staffs helped us so much in locating our passports, co-operating with our arranged courier partner and to ensure our passports to be delivered back to my Perth's hotel. Love you guys.
